We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy from the date your order is delivered.

🔁 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange is accepted only if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• You receive a damaged or defective product.

Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering the wrong item.

📸 Unboxing Video Requirement

To process your request, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing:

• The sealed package before opening
• The complete unboxing process
• The product and its condition

Important: The unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package. Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

🔄 Return & Exchange Options

1. Store Credit

• Receive store credit equal to the value of the approved returned product.
• Store credit can be used for any future purchase on the Watch Wear website.

2. Exchange

• Exchange your product for any other watch available on the Watch Wear website.
• If the new product costs more, you only need to pay the price difference.
• If the new product costs less, the remaining amount will be refunded or issued as store credit.

Store Credit is a digital balance added to your account that can be used toward future purchases on the Watch Wear website.

ℹ️ What is an Exchange?

An exchange allows you to replace your purchased watch with another product from our collection. If the replacement product is priced higher, you'll pay the difference. If it is priced lower, the remaining amount will be refunded or credited to your account.
